Terms

1. SCOPE
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of products and services by Davíð kipti ölið (DKÖ) ehf to customers.

2. AGE LIMIT & OTHER CONDITIONS
Customers must be 20 years of age or older to purchase products on dko.is. Upon delivery, the recipient of the order must confirm their age with an electronic identification application.

3. DELIVERY
All products that Davíð kipti ölið ehf offers for sale in its online store are in stock in Iceland and are dispatched from the warehouse once a week. Shipping costs are added to the price of the product at the end of the purchase process and before payment is made. If a product is not available when ordered due to incorrect inventory registration, we will contact the customer and offer another product instead or a refund.

4. RIGHT OF RETURN
All products except food (food, beer and wine) can be returned within 14 days of the transaction. Due to the nature of beer, wine and other food products sold by DKÖ, such products cannot be returned unless by special agreement in the case of purchases in large quantities for parties and the like.

5. PRICES AND PRICE CHANGES 

All prices are given in Icelandic krónur including VAT, either 11% or 24%

7. PAYMENT OPTIONS
All major credit cards and Pei can be used for payment.

8. DEFENSE
If a dispute arises due to these terms, it shall be brought before the Reykjavík District Court.
